{Diets and Healthy Eating}
With diets and getting into great healthy eating routines, I have one rule, honesty. Before I get on my high horse about my fantastic eating habits I'll admit the following:
* I drink vodka and beer, and a whole lot of it
* I'll snack on chocolate before breakfast
* Bacon rolls are my saviour to early starts in the office
* My caffeine intake exceeds government guidelines
* On site I'll eat two large plates of fry up at
I use My Fitness Pal as a means of setting goals and achieving them! My Fitness Pal also comes in a brilliant little iPhone app, so I genuinely have no excuse not to keep track of all those nasties I'm putting into my belly.

{Exercise}
At least one hour daily throughout the week is spent doing some sort of exercise.
Studio 42 in Reading is one of the best bikram studios for Yoga and Pilates. Heated to 42 degrees Celsius during 45-90 minute classes makes you sweat like you've never sweated before. I love the class schedules and the instructors are fantastically trained.
I love running in the summer time and can't wait to set and achieve new running goals as the days get longer again.
