Tales of a Wondering Star was started in 2008 initially as a personal blog of mine (Patricia Snook). I relaunched A Wondering Star at the beginning of 2010 as an art, design, fashion and photography inspiration website.
Where I am from:
An awkward question, especially where you're in a bar, your accent isn't local and someone asks "Where are you from?" How much time do you have??
So for now I'll say that I'm from a good happy confident place.
Who I am:
I am Patricia Snook, a Civil Engineer by trade. I've lived on some of the worlds largest Hydro Power Dams and I am passionate about large contracts. My parents are my inspiration, and career wise my father works with billion dollar contracts, that's something huge to aspire to!
But.... "I'm just a girl" and I love Steve Maddens, Chanel, Kenneth Jay Lane, and many more just as much as the next person.
Where I am going:
Next? It's in the stars (which aren't tattoos on face by the way!). There are so many places in this world, but all the times I've visited Oxford, I feel very at home there and in London.
In the cards for TWS? Well I love this website, it keeps me sane and inspired. The day I walk into an office in polyester trousers and come home to faux leather furniture, is the day I loose grip of this website. Fashion, Design, and Art inspiration, whatever we do as our day jobs, there's nothing nicer than returning home and catching up on inspiration with some Belvedere on ice.
