"We're going to Paris, France" the Toddler has been telling anyone who'll listen this for weeks now. Along with a giant Buzz Lightyear in Disneyland the Tour de Eiffel was on his sightseeing hit list.
Panama in hand, we raced down the garden through the park, darting past tinkers and tour groups "WOW" he kept exclaiming. The baby on the other hand wanted to chase pigeons and test out the family's eyewear choices.
I felt so lucky to be in one of my favourite cities with not only AJ but also his gorgeous sister and her two beautiful boys. As hunger set in we perused for a location set back from the heaving your groups. A quanitity of Sancerre and Croque Monsieur later we headed away from the river and up towards Monmartre and the Sacre Coeur to source delicious glacé.
I discovered this little spot in what seems like a past life now with an Indie Boy, from the side of the Sacre Coeur. Away from the tinkers and bustle of crowds there's a gap in the trees over Montmartre, where the Tour de Eiffel appears high in the skyline.
