Baked cheesecake and chocolate truffles

After the wonderful evening catered by the

Artisans of Shropshire

we unnaturally had some of


delicious baked cheesecake leftovers. The cheesecake was accompanied by fresh and juicy plums in port, which together, worked beautifully...

I also had a lovely selection of local chocolate truffles from the wonderful

Toot Sweets

and combined with a slice of cheesecake made for a perfect sweet indulgence...
