My 5:2 fast
So, alot of you may be aware that I fast regularly, twice a week in fact. At first the thought of fasting was horrible, and the first few weeks took alot of effort to make the most out of a limited calorie allowance. Yet, over a year on now, I'm still feeling fantastic and making the most out of a 500 calorie allowance is working great. My sustenance is most certainly leafy greens, a bowl of broccoli steamed weights in at just 22-30calories and can really keep you nice and sustained. Coffee is a huge help on my fasting days, and water by the bpa free bucketload energises you so effectively.
