Eats shoots and leaves
I first met Pip when I arrived at her
in heels and inappropriate accessories, she kindly helped me lug bags of compost and trays of vegetables into Momma's SUV. It was an embarrassing encounter but she pacified me by showing me her stables of rescue animals, the bunnies, the livestock, the ducks and geese totally won me over and we knew
was going to be a regular stop.
Her father has grown us some trays of leafy greens for the vertical garden. I think they taste utterly delicious and earlier in the week as I placed a tray on the ground to plant out, Vivaldi also tucked in and agreed that they are fantastic.
I snipped a few leaves, gave them a good rinse and served up with falafel, grilled tomatoes and feta.
