{Eating Good: Avocado Toast}

As a kid, after being fed pastas or my epic sandwiches my parents would make themselves avocado on toast. YUCK, I tried it and hated it. Until sometime in my early twenties when I ended up self neglected and hungry with only bread and a soft avocado.

I like to use Maison Blanc's Campagne soda bread and squish ripe avocado's with a dash of maldon sea salt.

-Source of Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium
-Packed with vitamins
