{Eating Good: Easy Italian}

A few evenings back I had a hankering for lashings of garlic and herb flavours. My lifetime has been spent loving Italian foods. I grew up with Impregilo, an Italian contractor, we lived on a site in the middle of knowhere in the mountains. Some winters the snow would fall to the point where we'd be stuck for weeks, months. No matter how much snow and how close we'd come to running out of food, the Italians always had their back up stores.

Apart from the peas which I went a little overboard with, my organic whole grain spaghetti bolognese was pretty good! Or at least I was starving after a busy day and would have eaten anything.
