{Eating Good: ways to stay hydrated}

My Sweethearts,

Last year I was struck down with kidney stones, they hurt like hell. Multiple factors contributed to those  little grams of pain in my organ; medication, cholesterol, dehydration.

The other contributing factors are ones which it more challenging to reduce, however, keeping hydrated has to be one of the easiest things possible.

My top tips for staying hydrated:
*Keep a bottle topped up at your desk
*Kickstart your day with a chunk of lemon in hot water
*Fill a bottle before beginning your commute or journey in the morning
*Jazz it up with fruit
*When exercising, rehydrate with organic coconut water
