{Eating Good: Work Snacks}

My lovelies,

Throughout the work day, I'm always incredibly careful about what I snack on. In my team we run an honesty "tuck shop" with a selection of chocolate bars and crisps. As brilliant as it is to have access to snacks, it can lead to incredibly bad habits.

To combat wolfing down snickers bars, dipping twix fingers, nibbling on rolos, I try to keep my top drawer ready for my hunger pains. I keep it stocked with alternative work snacks which don't deplete my energy, but instead fuel me for the rest of the day.
