{Eating Good: Healthy Porridge Oats}

My lovelies,

Since spending loads of time with Andy, I've been eating alot healthier in the mornings. A nice big bowl of multigrain porridge is simple and fast. Adding cinnamon to it is utterly fantastic for your metabolism, it gives it a good boost to get you going. I suffer with Hayfever, and local honey is fantastic for it, plus it tastes so good! "Blueberries are my cocaine" they give a delicious crunch and are fantastically low in calories.
