Paksong Wu

Okay, I have a thing for drinking, anything. If all I needed was a shake to live on, I would, as long as it could be drunk. 


With temperatures dropping, I've been hitting the teas. Over the weekend I shared a homegrown camomile situation over on the Urban Farmer.  


While green tea is so delicious, sometimes black is perfect for a bit of full bodied luxury. Paksong Wu is a favourite, with a nod at nuttiness and deep flavour. if you dig Oolong you'll love this Laosian leaf gently pan fried to retain flavour.
