Somehow, we ran low on Andrews home made Harissa sauce earlier in the week. I'm not quite sure how we managed to run low on the super hot concoction but nevertheless it was time to make more of it.
We had a forage around the kitchen garden the vertical garden for some chillies which looked ready for harvesting...
There's a lot of new growth in the kitchen garden. It's a long herb planter which has been moved into the kitchen for winter in the hope that we can continue to yield little harvests.
The green chillies on this plant seem to pack a much greater punch than the other varieties in the vertical garden. Perhaps it's time for a chilli growing education... watch this space!
