Whimsical Wall Hangings

I have 2 blank-but-kind-of-small walls in my apartment and have been collecting artwork this year as part of one of my 2010 goals. I only hope that my wall looks HALF as good as some of these gorgeous ones! p.s. great tutorial, here.

For some reason, I just loooove the thought of living in the middle of nowhere -- I'm pretty sure I would just create, create, create cute things all the time! {But cable and the internet are a must, FYI!}

Vintage Sheets
I have not found a good fabric store nor a good thrift store in SF and I've lived here for 6 years! To be honest, I am not sure if I'm not looking in the right places, or if they simply don't exist...I'm just dying for my own collection of vintage sheets, I have sooo many projects in mind. They're perfect for quilts and picnic blankets! If anyone would like to donate to my cause, please let me know! ;-)

storybook charm in clothing

I love that so many images these days remind me of something out of Alice in Wonderland. So magical! Some of my favorites sites to visit these days are: Nadinoo and Sarah Seven. Anthropolgie {of course} also always does a good job of incorporating this feeling.

I am ALWAYS inspired by juxtaposition and contrast. It's, for sure, one of the staples of my personal style.

I’ve been addicted to style in every shape and form for as long as I can remember...even bad 90's style, it's true. Twenty-something residing in San Francisco. Totally into flea markets, vintage finds, salvage yards, and the concept that everything old is new again. Love: black and white movies, Chanel Allure, and serendipitous moments.
